You may be interested to hear that junior RMYC members Will and Matt Taylor sailed in January 2015’s Bloody Mary Dinghy Pursuit Race at Queen Mary Reservoir in London. It is the largest event of its kind in the UK and the entry list reads like a Who’s Who of British dinghy sailing.
In what was an extremely windy event, the boys finished 20th Overall and 2nd Juniors. This capped off their final season in the RS Feva in which they finished 3rd at the UK Nationals, won the Inland Championships and were 7th at the World Championships from 184 entries. Will moves on to sail an RS200 and Matt an RS Tera.
